| The OE initiative within our Group is now a decade old. The Anand automotive Systems was
one of the first organisations in the industry to develop a model, Where the Shop floor was
manned by diploma engineers rather than workers. |

| The first On Demand program of Project Management was held on 22 nd -24 th July for the executives of the ACHHA group. The participants were managers who were either handling the projects involved with the setting up of new facilities at Gurgaon or customer satisfaction projects. |
