Project Management at ACCHA
The first On Demand program of Project Management was held on 22 nd -24 th July for the executives of the ACHHA group. The participants were managers who were either handling the projects involved with the setting up of new facilities at Gurgaon or customer satisfaction projects.
Mr SCV Rathnam Dean Anand U and Mr Vidhyavathsal , the head of Ondeo Degremont were the faculty for the program. Both traditional project management concepts like PERT, CPM , risk evaluation, and projects cash flow were taught along with newer methods based on the Theory Of Constraints.
Coaching for Organizational Renewal.
The development of people being an integral part of the Anand Vision. A program coaching for Organizational Renewal has been designed and conducted at Anand U to make this an integral part of our culture. This two day program enables managers to be better coaches. This in turn creates an atmosphere of learning, development and striving for professional excellence. It was envisaged that Plant Heads be master coaches responsible for teaching coaching skills to their subordinates and ensuring that they are practiced. The participants were plant heads and senior managers. The learning was therefore experiential and also based on mutual sharing. The program was conducted by Dr Nandita Mehta and Mr SCV Rathnam.
