The OE initiative within our Group is now a decade old. The Anand automotive Systems was one of the first organisations in the industry to develop a model, Where the Shop floor was manned by diploma engineers rather than workers.

This bold move proved to be strategically sound in layimg the foundations for a more progressive organization culture. We requested Mr P.K Srivastava, Mr K.S Bhullar and Col. Sunil Chandra, all of whom have been key members in shaping this initiative, to take stock of it's progress so far, as also scan the horizon for future directions.
