Duration: 3 one-week modules,spread over 4-6 months (the actual gap depends on the progress on the shop floor)

Objective: To give clear understanding of the fundamental concepts of TPM To understand types of wastes & their elimination To give a hands-on training on Autonomous Maintenance To highlight the role of a TPM Leader
Description : TPM Pillar Head is a hands-on program focusing on the basic concepts of TPM and the role to be played by the Pillar Heads in achieving the TPM goals of Zero accident, Zero Breakdown & Zero defect

Performance flywheel:A BLP Criteria 6.0: Process Management This is mandatory for all plants that want to launch TPM in a structured manner, with at least one person identified as Leader (who would be working full time driving this program)
Remarks : In Wave 1, 12 persons from 11 Plants across the Group have been trained.
