Description: Six Sigma Black Belt (Fast Track) is the fast track route to Tier3 of the Six Sigma training. Key concepts in this program are:
  • Improve process stability & reduce variability
• Understand & use sigma calculation
• Understand & use Project Management skills
• Customer need identification & conversion to design specification

Remarks: There has to be one Black Belt per 100 employees.This program started in 2001 & till March 2004, 33 Black Belt have been trained in three waves.
