Description: Six Sigma Black Belt (Regular) is the regular track to Tier3 of the Six Sigma training. Key concepts in this program are:
  • Improve process stability & reduce variability
• Understand & use sigma calculation
• Understand & use Project Management skills
• Customer need identification & conversion to design specification
