Description:	QLIW program is the statistical module of Tier1 of the Six Sigma Training. Key concepts in this program are:
	• The Quality model (based on McKinsey survey) • Collect and transform data for communications, decisions, actions and results • Process ownership & responsibility, leading to Customer satisfaction (Internal & External)

	• Introduction to Quality • Costs of Quality • Process Flow Charts • Histograms, Graphs • Measures of accuracy & Precision • Process Problem Solving techniques
		• Pareto Analysis • Cause & Effect Diagram • Scatter Diagram • Control charts & its interpretations

Certification Requirements :Minimum one Project completion
